A major international management consulting firm was looking for an event planning solution to manage a 3 day corporate retreat for their US Western region. Over 110 consultants from the West Coast were attending, along with another 15+ selected VIP guests from other national regions. They needed a system that could handle registration, including a number of travel and lodging related questions for coordinating location transportation from the airport. Additionally, they had planned for a number of group activities and needed an easy way to survey the attendee's interests and then assign them to the different activities. Finally, they needed to be able to send follow up surveys after the retreat.
