(“Eventene”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides event management software and services, including www.eventene.com, other websites under the eventene.com domain, and the Eventene mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). Eventene is a Delaware corporation with its principal business operations in Santa Monica, California.
We provide the Services primarily to enterprise customers and event organizers (“Organizers”). In most cases, Eventene acts as a service provider and data processor, processing personal information on behalf of the Organizer. This Privacy Policy explains how Eventene collects, uses, shares, stores, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Services and when you otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, mobile applications, or services that do not link to this Policy, including tools provided directly by Organizers or third parties. Organizer and third-party privacy practices are their own responsibility.
