Unlimited Events - With annual subscription plan, organize as many events as you like, including an unlimited number of attendee registrations up to the per event maximum for each plan.

Attendees - Each plan includes a maximum number of attendees for each of your events.

Admins- Each plan includes a maximum number of admin users that can log into the backend app for creating, managing events, a well as checking in attendees at the event.

Event Websites + CMS - Every event gets its own permanent website. Pro plans and above include a CMS system for managing complex agendas, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and other list based information on your event website. CMS-based management is especially useful for larger events, such as conferences and tradeshows with 50+ speakers and sessions.

Registrations - Simple or complex registration forms for web browsers or within the Eventene mobile app. Built-in support for attendance limits, waitlists, separate activity sign-ups, custom surveys, ticketing / payment processing, and guest registration.

Payment Processing - We partner with Stripe to provide safe and secure payment processing, available in 46 countries. Service fees are collected on successful credit/debit card charges at the time of Checkout during an attendee's registration. Organizers can choose to absorb the service fees or pass them on to the attendees during registration on a per event basis. Note that no service fees are required for free events or for non-paying attendees within paid events.

Event Mobile App - Our native mobile app enhances the experience for the attendees in any of your events and is included at no additional charge with an annual subscription, even for events with as few as 20 people. Attendees can view important event details such as their personalized agenda, speakers, sponsors, sessions, and also engage and network with others. The event staff use the same mobile app to check-in attendees to the overall event and individual activities, send general announcements, and view and contact individual attendees. (learn more)

Event Feeds / Chats - add significant messaging features to the mobile app to enhance the experience for all attendees.

Zapier Integrations - With our Pro or higher plans, you can connect your organization's Zapier account (separate Zapier account required) to Eventene for synchronizing contact lists and setting up other automations.

Custom Domain - use your own private domain name on URLs for event websites, registration forms, and the backend web app. For example: events.yourdomain.com/e/e3TN1PDQ-annual-conference

Onboarding - Assistance with importing contacts (configuring custom profile fields, cleaning/importing contacts), setting up your first event, and training your staff members. Maximum 10 hours. Additional consulting hours beyond the maximum time may be purchased at an hourly rate.

Branded Event App - a separate build of the Eventene mobile app featuring our branding on the splash and login pages. Your app will appear separately under your organization name in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This add-on requires the organization to create and maintain separate Apple Developer and Google Developer accounts, purchased separately. Indoor Mapping - create memorable indoor mapping with wayfinding to enable your guests to quickly find their way around. Add non-permanent structures throughout the building, as well as detail to exterior parking lots, walkways, and water features.
