A Mobile App for Your Event

The Eventene Mobile App enhances the experience for every guest, no matter how large or small the Wedding. Guests can view their personalized schedule of activities and sign up for optional social activities while in town.

Only immediate family and close friends will be able to see the Rehearsal Dinner on the schedule, and one click will launch their device's mapping apps to navigate to the venue.

Discovering Activities

The Events List allows guests to discover other related Activities surrounding the Wedding. Importantly, each guest only sees the activities they are specifically invited to.

Event Schedule

The Event's schedule appears clearly on the main page of each Event, personalized for each Guest. Clicking on each Activity reveals its description, location, and useful links to virtual environment, and other attendees.

Registration

The Mobile App provides a complete online RSVP experience, including selecting to attend optional Activities, filling out survey questions, and paying for any associated cost of activities, if applicable.

Engagement

Guests will be encouraged to view the Attendees list to learn more about out of town guests and contact them directly during or after the Wedding. The event organizer can decide to hide the guest list too, of course.

Logistics

Seating Charts

Create custom Sections, such as seating charts, teams, breakout rooms, discussion groups, or any other arbitrary groups specific for your Event.

Preparation

Ask your guests specific questions, such as dietary restrictions, room requests, and activity preferences to aid in arranging them into groups and places.

Assigning

Intuitive tools to arrange your guests into custom sections, groups, and places. Eventene supports drag/drop and multi-select assigning.

Sharing

When assignments are ready, send your guest their specific assignments, which they can view in a browser or in the Eventene Mobile App.
