A large international management consulting firm was looking for an event planning solution to manage a 3-day corporate retreat for their US Western region. Over 110 consultants from the West Coast were attending, along with another 15+ selected VIP guests from other national regions. They needed a system that could handle are more complex online registration, including a number of travel and lodging related questions for coordinating location transportation from the airport.
Additionally, they had planned for a number of group activities and needed an easy way to survey the attendee's interests and then assign them to the different activities.
